Tabler reviews
Steven Spielberg must have been to Kruger Park prior to making Jurrasic Park to get inspired. To see the wildlife in real is something that I would not want to have missed. My trip is 9 years ago, but it still gives me chills.

I went to the ARTSA in 2017 and it was undoubtably one of the highlights of my tabling years. The SA Tablers are amazing guys who took us all over SA and invited us into their homes. Great braai, fantastic nature, hospitality and tabling at its absolute best

South Africa, and Cape Town in particular, are among the most beautiful places on earth…everyone who hasn’t see and experienced the beauty and welcoming nature of this gorgeous spot is missing out on an extraordinary experience!!!

ARTSA ist für mich immer verbunden mit Freundschaft und Fellowship! Und genau dies erwartet uns auch während des Weltmeetings in Südafrika! Ihr solltet es auf keinen Fall missen. ARTSA is for me always a journey of friendship and fellowship! And this is exactly what we will experience at the RTIWM in South Africa! I can promise you that you do not want to miss this!

These guys from South Africa have shown me what true Table fellowship is about! Looking forward to the RTI World Meeting in Cape Town to experience it all over again with a Jam Jar or Brandy Coke in the African sun

Cape town, one of the most beautiful place I have ever visit. I was so lucky to visit Cape town last April for the ARTSA. Where friendship, tabling amazing sunsets made it the best tabling trip I have been at. That’s why I can’t wait to come back to Cape Town and attend the World Meeting. I promise that you do not want to miss this!! See you in SA 😃YiT

Schedule
Wednesday, 6th September
Arrival day for anyone not on a pre-tour will be met at the airport before being transported to the hotels. After registration, you have some free time to meet up with old friends for the first time or to continue the bonds of friendship already formed. We will ensure the bar is fully stocked for you. Opening night is a short distance away and will be an outdoor festival with a traditional spit braai under the African Sky. Live music, flowing beers and a great venue open this World Meeting.
Thursday, 7th September
While the delegates are in the councillor's meeting, anyone else not keen on sitting in meetings has a choice of 8 different day tours. After lunch, all participants at the councillor's meeting will climb Table Mountain for a pic and a few drinks. We will have the Nations Night in the oldest building in South Africa. Local RTSA Tablers will introduce you to a traditional potjie, while we all share and exchange culture, snacks and drinks.
Friday, 8th September
The AGM will be a major affair, with all the flair associated with it. Afterwards, the banner and gift exchange takes place at the AGM venue. Non-attendees can partake in the planned day tours or venture out independently. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants to get lost in. We will leave for the clubhouse parties late afternoon for what promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Have a traditional braai, taste the famous brandy and coke, watch the rugby and form friendships to last a lifetime. This will be a hard night for many, but it will be one for the ages.
Saturday, 9th September
The regional meetings will be split between the different hotels, ensuring sufficient pools for those who want to use them as meeting rooms. In addition to the day tours, we will have dedicated shuttles running to a neighbourhood's market and the V&A Waterfront. Both of these deserve a few hours of your time. You will have free time in the afternoon to enjoy while you prepare for the gala dinner. Always the highlight of a World Meeting, the Gala Dinner will promise to be one to remember. Join us for the pre-drinks at 18h00 at the venue before closing out this Tabling year in the best way possible.
Sunday, 10th September
With the official programme ending, we all share a last breakfast before departing home. But why go home? Maybe consider staying a few days more or travelling to see the rest of South Africa and Africa?
