Refund and cancellation policy
For the RTI World Meeting 2023, including day-tours:
A full refund is available to any participant who cancels their registration before the 16th of August 2023. A 50% refund will be applicable if cancelled before the 30th of August 2023 and zero refund if cancelled after that time. This refund will be based on the current foreign currency rates on the day and any foreign exchange gains, or losses and related bank charges are for the attendee. Any alterations to an existing booking, including a transfer to another attendee will be allowed at an administration fee of € 20 per person.
Registrations for the RTI World Meeting will officially close on the 4th of August 2023. Should there be any late registrations accepted, then NO REFUNDS of these registrations will be considered. Transfer to another attendee will be allowed at an administration fee of Euro 20 per person.
