Short tour description: (day by day)
Day 1: Arrive in Cape Town with a transfer to the hotel and an adventurous ride. Visit a local clubhouse enjoying a braai with some local Tablers.
Day 2: Transfer to the Cape Town Station and take a steam train to the Elgin Railway Market for snacks, shopping, and an afternoon hike. Dinner under the African sky ends off a great opening day.
Day 3: Canopy zip-lining over the Elgin valley and a light lunch start a fun-filled day. Clay pigeon shooting in the afternoon nicely sets up a potjie competition for the evening.
Day 4: Shark cage diving in Gansbaai will bring you face-to-face with a great white. End the day at the Hermanus clubhouse and some whale watching before returning to the Elgin area.
Day 5: Visit the Palmiet Nature reserve and do river rafting negotiating a beautiful river. Water sports and tube racing finishes a water focussed day. Lunch next to the dam or river with stunning scenery.
Day 6: After breakfast, travel back to Cape Town, but stop at a crocodile sanctuary to dive with the Nile crocodile for an encounter you will never forget. Lunch will be on a wine farm before departing for the World Meeting, with plenty of stories and epic pictures to share.
