When and where is it?+
The RTI World Meeting 2027 runs 15–19 September 2027 in York, England. Every venue is within a 10-minute walk, with evening events in the Museum Gardens, day meetings in the Guildhall, the banner exchange in York Minster, and the Gala Dinner near Harrogate (coaches provided).
Who can attend?+
Round Table members and their partners and families are warmly welcome, along with members of the wider Round Table family of clubs. Some events are open to day visitors — see the programme.
What tickets are available?+
Three packages: 3-Day (€295, Thu–Sat nights), 4-Day (€370, Wed–Sat nights) and 5-Day (€380, Wed night–Sun morning). The 5-day is only €10 more than the 4-day, so the full week is the obvious choice. Pricing is provisional and subject to confirmation.
What's included in my ticket?+
Entry to the evening events and daytime meetings in your package, the Saturday Gala Dinner (with coaches from York), plus the welcome pack: a Nightlife Pass (free drinks and priority entry across the city), a City Card (daytime food & drink offers), £20 of Uber credit and branded goodies.
Is accommodation included?+
No — accommodation is booked separately so you stay in control of your budget. We have four hotel tiers (Platinum to Bronze), all with breakfast and all within walking distance, plus 500+ Airbnbs and home hosting with York Tablers. See the Accommodation page.
Can I register my whole Table at once?+
Yes. Choose 'My Table / a group' when you register to add several Tablers from your club and pay together in one transaction.
How do I pay?+
Registration is completed online by secure card payment (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) via Stripe, in euros. Until full registration opens, use the Register Interest form and we'll email you the moment it does.
What's the dress code?+
It varies by event: casual for the Welcome Night and Farewell Brunch; Viking or Roman fancy dress for Thursday's themed night; traditional national wear for Nations Night; smart for the meetings; and black tie for the Gala Dinner.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend?+
Refund terms will be published with full registration. Until then there's nothing to refund — the Register Interest form simply adds you to the list with no commitment.
Are accessibility and dietary needs catered for?+
Yes. You can tell us about any access or dietary requirements during registration so we can support you across the week.
Will I need a visa?+
International delegates should check UK entry requirements for their nationality well in advance. We can provide a letter of invitation on request to support visa applications.
