Who we are
RTI World Meeting 2027 — York(“we”) organises the 2027 World Meet in York. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at info@rtiwm.org.
What we collect
When you register or contact us we collect your name, contact details, Round Table club, country, the details of any additional attendees you book for, and any dietary or accessibility needs you share. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to process your registration and payment, produce your badge, communicate event information, cater to your needs, and keep you informed about the World Meet. We rely on contract and legitimate interests as our lawful bases, and consent for optional marketing.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the event (such as our payment processor, email provider, and accommodation partners) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
