Leeds Bradford (30 mi) and Manchester (80 mi, long-haul) are nearest, plus Humberside and Doncaster Sheffield. Heathrow and Gatwick are 2–3 hours by train.

By Ferry

Overnight P&O sailings from Rotterdam or Zeebrugge to Hull — just one hour from York.

Once you're here, everything is on foot. No shuttle buses between venues — just stroll. Coaches are provided for the Gala Dinner, and every attendee gets £20 of Uber credit.
