Terms & Conditions
These are template terms and should be reviewed by the organising committee and a qualified adviser before launch.
1. Registration & payment
A place is confirmed only once full payment has been received. Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken securely at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event are refundable less a small administration fee. Within 90 days, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible member. Add-ons and accommodation may be subject to supplier terms.
3. Changes to the programme
We will run the event substantially as advertised but reserve the right to alter the programme, speakers, venues or timings where necessary. Material changes will be communicated to registered delegates.
4. Accommodation
Accommodation booked through us is subject to the relevant hotel or provider's terms. Room allocations are limited and confirmed in order of booking.
5. Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in line with Round Table's values. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose conduct is unacceptable, without refund.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your registration. We are not liable for indirect losses or for events beyond our reasonable control.
